Orders & Production

1. What is the production time for my order?
Production typically takes 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri) after your order is placed. If you need it faster, add Rush Production ($9.99) at checkout — it bumps your order to the front of the queue and ships within 1 business day.

2. Can I edit or cancel my order after placing it?
You have a 4-hour edit window from the time you place your order to request changes (text, design tweaks, image swaps) or cancel for a full refund. After 4 hours, your design enters our production queue and is locked. Requests made after the window may be accommodated at our discretion if production hasn't started yet — but are not guaranteed.

3. Where are your tattoos made and shipped from?
We proudly print and ship every order from our facility in Torrance, California.

Shipping & Delivery

4. How long does shipping take?
Shipping timeframes below refer to transit time after your order ships — add 1–2 business days of production to get your total delivery time.

  • Standard Shipping: 4–8 business days (free on orders of $60+)
  • Two-Day Shipping: 2 business days (Mon–Fri only)
  • One-Day Shipping: 1 business day (Mon–Fri only)

Two-Day and One-Day shipping do not deliver on weekends. Standard Shipping may deliver Saturday but not Sunday.

5. How do I know which shipping method to pick for my event?
Every product page has a shipping calculator — enter your needed-by date and we'll tell you whether your chosen shipping method should arrive in time. If it won't, the calculator will recommend faster options. If the calculator recommends an upgrade and you decline it, we can't issue refunds for late delivery.

6. Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to show the first movement scan — that's normal.

7. Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Standard International Shipping takes 3–10 business days in transit, depending on location. International orders may incur import charges or duty fees collected by the destination country.

8. What if my package is lost or delivered to the wrong place?

  • Marked delivered but not received: Check with household members, neighbors, and your local post office first. If you still can't find it, contact us.
  • No tracking updates for 3+ business days: Email support@ink-bond.com and we'll investigate.
  • Wrong address at checkout: Contact us immediately. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can update the address at no cost. If it has shipped, a reshipment fee applies.

9. Are the tattoos safe for skin?
Yes — our tattoos are safe for skin application. We recommend avoiding sensitive areas and always testing on a small patch of skin first. If you have an adhesive allergy or sensitive skin, please use caution.

10. How long do the tattoos last?
Our temporary tattoos typically last 1-2 days, depending on placement and skin type. Areas with more friction (hands, feet) will wear sooner than smoother areas.

11. How do I remove the tattoo?
Easy — rub with baby oil or use a washcloth in the shower.

12. What do I do if I experience a reaction?
Discontinue use immediately and consult a physician if irritation persists. Please note: skin reactions or damage caused by sensitivity, incorrect application, or normal wear are not eligible for refund or replacement under our policy.

Returns & Refunds

13. What is your return policy?
Because every Inkbond tattoo is personalized and made to order, we handle refunds based on the situation:

  •  Full refund or replacement if your order has a production defect, arrives damaged, doesn't match your approved proof, or we miss our shipping timeline. Email support@ink-bond.com within 30 days of delivery with photos.
  • 🟡 Up to 25% store credit as a goodwill gesture if you're unhappy with how the design looks but it matches the proof you approved.
  • 🔴 Non-personalized items (sample packs, removal wipes, accessories) can be returned unopened within 30 days for a full refund.
