Shipping
At Inkbond®, we have built our shipping process to ensure your items have the best possible chance to make it on your doorstep in time for your event. We offer standard, 2-Day and overnight shipping options for domestic orders.
Processing time
Your personalized items are typically ready to ship within 1–3 business days after your order is placed. Orders with Rush Production ship within 1 business day.
Shipping methods (domestic)
- Standard Shipping: 4-8 business days
- Two-Day Shipping: 2 business days
- Overnight Shipping: 1 business day
International orders
Standard International Shipping: 3–10 business days, varies by location. International orders may incur import charges or duty fees collected by the destination country.
Need-by dates — use our shipping calculator
Every product page has a shipping calculator to help you choose the right shipping method for your event. Enter your needed-by date and the calculator will:
- Show your estimated delivery window based on your zip code and order time
- Flag if your selected shipping method may not arrive in time
- Recommend faster options (Expedited or Rush Production) if needed
Delivery dates shown are estimates. If the calculator confirms your chosen method should meet your needed-by date, you're good to go. If the calculator warns you that your chosen method may not arrive in time, please upgrade — refunds are not issued for late deliveries where an upgrade was recommended.
Rush Production
Rush Production bumps your order to the front of our production queue and ships within 1 business day. This is a production speed upgrade, not a delivery guarantee — your total delivery time still depends on the shipping method you choose at checkout.
Tracking
After dispatch, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to show the first movement scan. If after 3 days your package is not scanned in, please email us.
Delivery issues
Package marked delivered but not received: Check with household members, neighbors, and your local post office first. If you can't locate your package, contact us ASAP so we can find a solution for you.
No tracking updates for 3+ business days: Email support@ink-bond.com and we'll investigate. Depending on the situation, we may ship a replacement for you.
Wrong address at checkout: Contact us immediately. If your order has not yet shipped, we can update the address at no charge. If it has shipped, reshipment is available at your cost.
Free shipping
Domestic orders over $60 qualify for free standard shipping. International orders do not qualify for free shipping.
