Every Inkbond® tattoo is personalized and printed specifically for you.

We'll make it right

If your order has a production defect, arrives damaged, doesn't match your approved proof, or we miss our shipping timeline — we'll remake it or refund you in full. Your choice.

Email support@ink-bond.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. No return shipping needed.

Not loving the design?

If the print matches the proof you approved but you're just not thrilled with how it looks, we offer up to 25% store credit as a goodwill gesture. Because every order is custom-made, cash refunds aren't available for subjective dissatisfaction.

What we can't cover

  • Change of mind on custom items after the 4-hour edit window
  • Wrong address provided at checkout (reship available at your cost)
  • Carrier delays after we shipped on time
  • Damage from application, wear, or skin sensitivity

 

4-hour edit window

You have 4 hours after placing your order to request edits or cancel for a full refund. After that, production begins and the design is locked. We'll do our best with late requests, but no guarantees.

Shipping & delivery

Use the shipping calculator on every product page to pick the right method for your event date. Once you've selected a method, the delivery estimate for that method is what we're committed to — we can't refund for carrier delays outside our control.

If a package is marked delivered but missing, check with neighbors and your local post office. If you're unable to find it, contact us and we'll handle the next steps for you.

Non-personalized items

Sample packs, removal wipes, and accessories can be returned unopened within 30 days for a full refund. Email us for a prepaid label.
