Your satisfaction is our top priority at Inkbond. We are committed to offering high-quality products, and we stand behind this commitment with our comprehensive 30-day return policy. 

We believe buying custom tattoos should be totally risk‑free. Everything we sell is covered for 30 days from the day it reaches you—no exceptions.

If we made a mistake or your order arrives damaged, we’ll remake it or refund you. If you simply don’t love the look, we’ll happily tweak the artwork and send one complimentary reprint or give you equal‑value store credit—no need to send anything back.

How the guarantee works

  1. Tell us within 30 days. Email support@ink-bond.com with your order #, photos (or short video) of the issue, and a brief note.

  2. Pick your fix.

    • Production defect? Choose a free priority reprint or full refund.

    • Just not loving the design? We’ll adjust the art and send one free reprint or issue equal‑value store credit (no cash refund).

  3. Keep things easy. In most cases you don’t need to ship anything back; when a return is required (non‑personalized items), we send you a prepaid label so there’s zero return cost.

What’s covered

Mis‑print, peeling laminate, wrong artwork, arrives damaged, print quality doesn’t match proof, order ships late due to InkBond. Not happy with design after proof approval (reprint/credit only).
Non‑Personalized Items (sample packs, Removal wipes, accessories) Free prepaid return within 30 days or instant replacement. You changed your mind, ordered the wrong size, or item arrived damaged.


Exclusions (apply to all products)

  • Damage from incorrect application or normal wear.

  • Color shift caused by un‑calibrated screens or files supplied with low resolution.

  • Delays caused by the carrier after we shipped on time (we’ll still send a courtesy reprint).

  • Change of mind or style preference after proof approval: eligible for one reprint or store credit (no cash refund).

  • Multiple or repeated claims without supporting evidence.

Order changes & cancellations

  • Free to cancel or edit within 2 hours of purchase or before proof approval—whichever comes first.

  • After production begins, personalized items can’t be cancelled; we’ll accommodate minor file tweaks when possible (extra cost may apply).

    Restocking Fee: 
    We do not charge a restocking fee for any returns.
