The Fine Print
Rush Production
Rush Production bumps your order to the front of our production queue and ships within 1 business day. It's a production speed upgrade, not a delivery guarantee. Your total delivery time still depends on the shipping method you choose at checkout.
International orders
Standard International Shipping takes 3 to 10 business days in transit, depending on location. International orders may incur import charges or duty fees collected by the destination country, and don't qualify for free shipping.
Tracking
After dispatch you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Tracking can take 24 to 48 hours to show the first movement scan. If nothing appears after 3 days, email support@ink-bond.com.
Package marked delivered but not received
Check with household members, neighbors, and your local post office first. If you still can't locate it, contact us ASAP and we'll find a solution for you.
No tracking updates for 3+ business days
Email support@ink-bond.com and we'll investigate. Depending on the situation, we may ship a replacement for you.
Wrong address at checkout
Contact us immediately. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can update the address at no charge. If it has shipped, reshipment is available at your cost.
